| | Windows Mail and AVG 8.0 Since installing the new AVG , I cant open PDF /mpeg/.wmv / or any attachment from microsoft office...etc... Until I downloaded this new Avg I could open ALL... If I do a customize download and OMIT the email scanner.. isnt that defeating the MAIN purpose of protecting yourself from unwanted virus emails?? This seems to only bother VISTA.. I have XP on another comuter and it works fine>> Id appreciate any help |

Email scanning is redundant and unnecessary.
