Still can not send even after trying stuff here

I have been trying to fix this annoying better Outlook for months. I need
help and a valium at this point! Not in that order...uhhhhggghh this Vista!

Error message

The host 'pop3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'pop3', Server: 'pop3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Well, "pop3" is not the correct server name.
What email account are you trying to access? If it's Hotmail/LiveMail, then
you can't use Windows Mail (unless you pay for a Plus account), you'll need
the newer Windows Live Mail.

POP3 is not a valid mail server name. You must obtain the
correct server names from your mail provider. Who provides
your email service?
