Vista - e-mail

when I open my email icon, I receive a block stating "Dial-up connection,
"Trying to connect. But I have Roadrunner which is always connected. So
because of this, I cannot send e-mails. Could someone help??

Check to make sure that you have windows mail account set to always connect via LAN.
