Vista - it asked for login and password everytime I open vista mail

I open vista mail and it wants name and password to login to the
securepop.net and when I try to send outgoing mail it asked all over again
please help

you click Apply in the same session where you put the checkmark in
the box before Remember password. To correct this, click on Tools,
then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties, then Servers.
If you don't have a checkmark in the box before Remember password,
click on this box, then OK, then Close, then start the correction
procedure again. If you do have a checkmark there, leave it alone so
you can click Apply when needed. If there is any problem with the
username, click at the end of it, backspace over it, then type the correct
username. Click at the end of the dots for the password, then backspace
over them, then type the correct password. Click Apply, then OK, then
Close.

Securepop.net is not a mail server name. Mail server names typically
have three parts separated by two periods, such as: mail.isp.net.
