Vista - Can't send emails

Also, many problems in Windows Mail are caused by interference from
antivirus programs. What if any antivirus programs do you have and have
you ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program on that computer,
even a trial version?

Click on the Outbox, then each of the messages you find there. If any
messages display an error message instead of a message you tried to
send, either move them to the Drafts folder or delete them. Let us
know if any refuse to do either.

I'm having this problem too. When I try to delete or move the email in my
outbox to the drafts folder, an error message comes up saying that it can't
be moved or deleted. This is the error message that I got:

Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

I scanned my computer using Norton, and a threat was fixed. Still no luck.
Until I can get this message out of my outbox. I can't send any email.

Can anyone help me with this?

You said "windows Outlook" but did you mean Windows Mail?
Those are two different programs.
Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.
