| | Re: Lost all folders Kaspersky can also cause problems with Windows Mail, although not as frequently as the big three troublemakers I mentioned below. The only way to rule out Kaspersky as the possible culprit is to do a temporary uninstall, then reboot and try Windows Mail again. | | Re: Lost all folders This is all very frustrating. I have had this machine for about eight weeks and have spent most of that time trying to sort out problems! If I could, I'd go back to Windows 98, but that isn't supported now, is it? Thank you all for trying. -- Pericles |
