error message 0x80004005

i have just opened windows mail and when I clicked on send/receive I get this
error message. I have tried deleting my account and re adding it but no use.
I have called my email provider and they did the same for me remotely, but to
no avail. any suggestions?

Re: error message 0x80004005

In the future, please include a copy of the complete error message.
If your mail provider is AT&T/Yahoo, try this:
Go to http://mail.yahoo.com and log in with your AT&T credentials.
Then clean out all the folders in your webmail. If you want to save
any messages, create a new folder and move those messages to the
new folder. Empty the spam and thrash folders also. Close webmail, then
try Windows Mail again.
