I am having problems setting up my Email accounts with Window Vista...
ERROR Messages " Host
POP3 and SMPT" could not be found. Can you please help? My old computer
died on me so I am unable to access Outlook Express

What you need are the correct server names which a call to your internet
provider will get you, the basic guide is here but you may have to
clarify some things for your particular location. Try what is here first
if you like, it will either work or it won't, then you can call,

By the way it is not a good idea to put your real email address in a
newsgroup like this one because spammers collect addresses from here and
other groups.
