when I try to send an email it propmts me to change my setting as the http is
not supprted....I go through the whole set up wizard and then notheing
changes and I still get prompted and am unable to send emails? Please let
me know what to do...

Don't put your real email address (They get stolen from newsgroups) but
do you have a HotMail address? If so Windows Mail cannot do Hotmail any
more but Windows Live Mail can. Your internet provider (If it's not
hotmail) should have instructions and server names on their website if
you are using one of their email addresses.

Can explain what you are using and what kinds of email address it is?

If you are trying to use a Hotmail address, you will have to install WLM:
