| | Why do my windows 'jump' around?! I'm a new user of Vista and finding it difficult to get used to. My main 'gripe' is if I am in Windows Mail, send an email - it sends, then immediately jumps to the browser, leaving Mail. I have to go back into mail. The system seems to have a mind of it's own. What do I do to get to STAY in Mail, rather than the window of the browser bounce back? Many thanks to anyone who can help! |

If the resulting list includes WinMail.exe, right click on it; otherwise find WinMail and right click on it. Click on Create Shortcut, then approve putting the shortcut on the desktop. Close the window you created. Now, you start Windows Mail by double clicking on the shortcut this created, instead of starting it through Internet Explorer. |

As soon as I send an email, the computer bounces right back to Mozilla, leaving Windows Mail.
