When I go to write an email in windows mail...and I want to put in to whom
the email is to. The auto fill is putting in email addresses that I have not
saved in my contacts. It will pop up a list of email addresses to ppl I have
written to, but not saved (including the ones from the contact list) in the
past.

Is there anyway to stop this from happening? I just want the auto fill to
fill in the email address from my actual contact list.

Ignore my post...I just found another post below with the same question..and
an answer.

You can fix that problem by upgrading to Windows Live Mail.
It uses your regular contacts list for auto-completion.
