Vista Tutorial - Can Not Delete Email

I have a email in my windows mail inbox and I can not delete it no matter
what I try.

Although it only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message problem in Windows Mail for all folders.

The KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus and security programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.

Hi Folks, Help please. I chose this question only because it is recent and
maybe someone will see my cry for help. I'd like to pose a question but every
time I click on new, ( it turns red, and drop down appears, and I chose
question) nothing happens, so I am trapped. Can't ask a question.
