The error message is correct. There is no server named stc.net.sa.
Contact your mail provider to get the correct mail server name.

Please, do not post the same issue in multiple threads.

There's either no host with that name, or there's a problem with it's DNS
entry
that makes it unreachable by name from this part of the world.

A Google search found two web pages that at least mention it, so you might
want to check if either offers any help:

However, much of the second one isn't in English, so I can't tell if it's
even worth reading.
