Vista Tutorial - HELP SETTING UP MY YAHOO E-MAIL ADDRESS TO WINDOWS LIVE EMAIL

I looking for anyone to help with the set up of windows live email and
having my Yahoo email address drop into live so I don't have to keep opening
a new window and log into yahoo in order to get my e-mail.

Comcast gave me the security code and the in coming mail address & out going
mail address and the port numbers.

I have been able to send out e-mails in live and it shows my yahoo email
address, but I'm not able to receive emails in live.

Any help would be great.

This newsgroup is for Windows Mail, not Windows Live Mail.
However, since the Yahoo mail situation is the same for both,
read on.

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP
access. Windows Mail does not handle webmail.
There are three possible solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail, you can continue to access Yahoo mail with your browser.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mai...op/pop-14.html

3. Another option is called YPOPs: http://ypopsemail.com
It is free, but requires some technical knowledge to implement.
