Vista Tutorial - having problems

I cant send no emails...
why not?
everytime i try to this pops up

please help me because i neede to send my email for jobs

"pop3" is not a correct name for a mail server. You need to obtain the
correct mail server names from your mail provider or ISP. They will have
a web page with instructions on how to set up an email account.
If you need help with that, tell us the part of your email address after
the @ symbol.
