| | Re: dspeck1259@comcast.net e-mail account I recently had my computer struck by lightning. I have a new system now...and have the wondows e-mail which is new to me. I keep getting - YOU HAVE UNSENT MESSAGES. DO YOU WANT TO SEND THE NOW? When actually they are beingsent. But this pops up everytime I send or receive an e-mail? Also showing up is - THE MESSAGE COULDN OT BE SENT. THE AUTHENTIFICATION SETTING MIGHT NOT BE CORRECT FOR YOUR OUTGOING E-MAIL. SMTP SERVER. THE REJECTED E-MAIL..... SUBJECT ' HI' ACCOUNT. MAIL.COMCAST.NET SERVER SMTP.COMCAST.NET PROTOCOL'SMTP.SERVER RESPONSE 550.5.1.1 NOT OUR CUSTOMER. PORT 25 SECURE (SSL). NO SERVER ERROR 550 0x800ccc79. Please advise asap. Thanks .Donnie W. | | Re: dspeck1259@comcast.net e-mail account It looks like you may not be connected to the Comcast network when you try to send email. If so, then you can't send using port 25.
