| | userid/password One of my e-mail accounts is always asking me for the usernameID/password, after it is completed the logon popup window appears again requesting the same info. My ISP advised that all is in order with the settings. The error message I get is Account: 'pophm.(ISP).ca', Server: 'pophm.(ISP).ca', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR mailbox for (my e-mail address) is not available', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92 I have numerous other e-mails on this account (I get 11 with the ISP) that are not having any problems. This e-mail is not the "host" e-mail. How do I resolve this issue? Thx and regards -- Joe -- |
