Your English is considerably better than my German, so I'm very unlikely to help you find the web site to use for webmail. You might want to send yourself a short message, to make sure there is a message waiting for you to find it. Also, being unable to get any incoming mail in Windows Mail, but not getting any error messages, often means the problem is due to interference from an antivirus program. What if any antivirus programs do you have, and have you ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program on that computer? |

| | Re: i can't receive e-mails I'm not familiar with the Kaspersky Security Suite. However, for many antivirus programs, disabling email scanning and leaving it disabled makes them less likely to cause problems in Windows Mail, so you might want to check if it gives you that option. Also, you might need to ask your email provider for their instructions on how to set up to use their email servers, and use these instructions when you remove your email account under Windows Mail, then restart Windows Mail and add the account again. | | Re: i can't receive e-mails You're welcome. Incoming and outgoing mail often goes to separate server names, and therefore possibly to separate machines. This leads to the possibility that one of the machines stops working, but the other one still works.
