BCC, how to I add it to header

Hi all, I just got a new laptop with Vista Home Premium. In setting up my
Windows Mail I noticed that there is no BCC in the header, and for the life
of me I can't find out how to add it. I've tried Help, but it's no help at
all where BCC is concerned.
I would very much appreciate it if somebody could tell me how to do it.
Thank you very much.

Open a new mail>view menu>all headers.

Close that new mail window without sending it, all subsequent new mail will
show All Headers.

Re: BCC, how to I add it to header

Open a new message compose window, then click on View, All Headers.
That setting is sticky, so you will only have to do that once.
