Which program's Inbox do you want to read that mail in? -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Bob McConnell" <Bobdar74@xxxxxx> wrote in message news 34955E1-7AAC-4907-BF39-EF903E5BE3BE@xxxxxxWhen I Select the Read Mail Icon on Internet Explorer 7, It takes me in the inbox in the task bar. | | Re: Going to Inbox Try this: Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item: "Set your default programs." After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults" then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Bob McConnell" <Bobdar74@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:530EEA67-A3C1-4A32-A764-5D5295568D16@xxxxxx Quote: > It pops up in the IE7 task bar and I want messages to open in the windows > "Gary VanderMolen" <Gary@xxxxxx> wrote in message > news:%23gTqmO%233IHA.4332@xxxxxx Quote: >>I don't know what "inbox in the task bar" means. >> Does that program have a name? >> Which program's Inbox do you want to read that mail in? >> >> -- >> Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) >> >> >> "Bob McConnell" <Bobdar74@xxxxxx> wrote in message >> news 34955E1-7AAC-4907-BF39-EF903E5BE3BE@xxxxxx>> When I Select the Read Mail Icon on Internet Explorer 7, It takes me in >> the inbox in the task bar.
