wish to back-up WINDOWS MAIL using VISTA

..I am new to Discussion Group and Windows Mail.

I am about to Restore my Laptop and I wish to save the Windows Mail folders.

How do I back-up Windows Mail?

First, backup your email to an empty folder on your hard drive:
File, Export, Messages, Microsoft Windows Mail. Then copy that folder
to external media.

The above procedure only saves emails. If you need to save everything
else (settings, accounts, etc.) see the long tutorial:
Windows Mail problems
and scroll down to he section "PROBLEM TWO:
How to Backup and Reset Windows Mail "

The easiest way is to use a third party backup product:
