Vista - elg error message - can't send email

I've had no problems sending/receiving email for first 4 months then all of
a sudden I get this error message and my sent mail goes directly to outbox

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Elg referral documents',
Account: 'mail.elgarcialaw.com', Server: 'smtp.elgarcialaw.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Please help. Thanks.

Elgarcialaw.com is not an ISP. Your real ISP will block any attempt
to use a port 25 SMTP server not owned by them. It may have worked
for a while, but ISPs are periodically tightening up their rules.

The solution is to substitute your ISP's SMTP server for
smtp.elgarcialaw.com.
