Vista - Cannot open WM

WM will open on a new start however when I come back to it later I get the message that it cannot start
because it is opened in another instance. Close windows and try again, if that does not work re- start which I have to do. Thanks for any help.

Right click on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, then click on Task Manager,
then Processes, then WinMail.exe, then End Process. It may require approval.
Then close the Task Manager window, and try opening Windows Mail again.

Sometimes a non-compatible antivirus program will keep the
WM executable running. Which antivirus are you using?
