Vista - can not delete outbox mail and can not send out the e-mail

I have a window vista installed. In my outbox the following appeared in a
mail my outbox, but I could not delete it. Then I could not send any mail.

Please help me.
Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

Looks like you may have more than one problem. If after deleting the
stuck message in the Outbox, you still get an error message, copy the
complete error message and post it here.

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message problem in Windows Mail for all folders.

Installing the KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the section titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and other security programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the section titled "SECOND" to fix and be able to delete the stuck message from the problem folder.
