| | Unable to open attachments or links from Windows mail Unable to open attachments or links from Windows mail 1) When trying to click on a link – Message : There was a problem sending the command to the program 2) When trying to click on an attachment – Message: Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. It was working fine two weeks ago, has a windows update caused it. More important any ideas how can I put it right.
