Vista - Lost all my emails from inbox!

I just set up Windows Mail and all of my emails from my school account have been transfered to Windows Mail and deleted from my school account. Does anyone know how I can transfer those emails back? I really need them on my school account.

Sorry, there is no simple way to that.
You would have to 'forward' the emails one at a time.
