Internet connection/ wireless router configuration

Since June I have been having intermitent problems connecting to the
internet. I am running Vista and using a Netgear router that says "supports
Windows Vista". Quest is my DSL service provider and MSN my internet
provider. Qwest support says that the wireless router has wrong
configuration, yet it worked for almost a year before the problems began.
Microsoft does not list the Netgear model on their compatible list. Was
there some Vista update in the last 2 months that has caused a problem. Do I
need a new router? It is disconnected now and internet connections have been
fine. I am technically challenged.

Sorry to hear about your connectivity problem. However, this forum
is limited to supporting the Windows Mail email program, so we can't
help with that particular problem.
