How to attach executable files in windows mail

Start a new email. Click 'Attach' on the toolbar. It will then allow you
to navigate to the location of that file.
Note: Some receiving mail servers do not accept executable attachments.

Start a new message. Click on Insert, then File Attachment, then
find the executable file and click on it.

Note, however, that many email programs are set up by default
to block you from seeing such executable attachments on incoming
mail, so whoever you send it to may have problems detaching it
from the mail message.
