    Start a new email. Click 'Attach' on the toolbar. It will then allow you
    to navigate to the location of that file.
    Note: Some receiving mail servers do not accept executable attachments.

    Note, however, that many email programs are set up by default
    to block you from seeing such executable attachments on incoming
    mail, so whoever you send it to may have problems detaching it
    from the mail message.
