Sending Power Point as attachments

Hi there everyone. I have vista Windows and my server is talk-talk. my security is McFee.
I use my talk talk mail via windows live mail and my hot mail as normal. I have recently learned how to do a PowerPoint picture show and was able to sent them with both mails. This week windows mail will not send them at all and when I try to attach to my Hot mail it just shuts down. Can anyone help and advise mind you I am a novice learner at computers this is my first post here so I am very pleased to meet you all.

Re: Sending Power Point as attachments

Hello,

Well, it is because your PowerPoint presentation is a little big in file size.
There are serval disadvantage for attach a PowerPoint presentation to Email.
1. Big file size. It is difficult for delivery.
2. All the linked files will not show on other computers. Such as music, video, and so.

I recommend you convert your presentation to Flash. The benefits are that the converted file will be reduce to 90% of its original file size which is fit for email, all the linked files will be embedded in Flash.

You could try this PowerPoint to Flash Coverter for free.
Also, you can view this tutorial

Also, you can send the Flash to Web and share your presentation on web with others.

Regards
