| Newbie | Re: Sending Power Point as attachments Hello, Well, it is because your PowerPoint presentation is a little big in file size. There are serval disadvantage for attach a PowerPoint presentation to Email. 1. Big file size. It is difficult for delivery. 2. All the linked files will not show on other computers. Such as music, video, and so. I recommend you convert your presentation to Flash. The benefits are that the converted file will be reduce to 90% of its original file size which is fit for email, all the linked files will be embedded in Flash. You could try this PowerPoint to Flash Coverter for free. Also, you can view this tutorial http://www.sameshow.com/ppt2flash/email-your-powerpoint-presentations-to-others-perfectly.html Also, you can send the Flash to Web and share your presentation on web with others.
