Vista - can't get any emails or send any email

I think I have put the wrong thing in when setting up my email, and now I
don't know how to change it, or what it sould be.
The computer keeps saying can't find smpt the host :subject address
windows mail server
smpt protoocol smpt port 25 secure (ssl) number socket error 11001
error number ox800cccod

The host could not be found please verify that you have entered the server
name correctly Account windows mail server pop3 protocol pop3 port 110

Please could someone please help, I have no idea how to fix this
