While it will not hurt anything to just let Windows Mail sit unused, you can disable it if you like so no one can use it until you enable it again. This tutorial will show you how to. | | Re: How to uninstall Windows Mail Brink I choose to use OUTLOOK (for many reasons) when I go into mail control, it will not let me "uncheck" the <.eml> extension tab, how do I get this resolved.This is the last issue I have, I dont really care for VISTA, and my main system runs XP pro( which I really do like. If that does not help, then go into Default Programs and check to see if Outlook is listed. If it is, then select it and make it your default email program with all of it's associations set to it. This tutorial will help show you how to if needed.
