Vista Tutorial - I can't send a message from an e-mail link

When I try to send a message from an e-mail link I get an error message.
Even if I open Windows Mail and type in the e-mail address, I get the same
error message. I have checked and both Windows Explorer & Windows mail are
set as the default. Can you help?

I too am getting an error when I click on a "mailto" link. The error box says
"mailto-xxxxxx@xxxxxx" "Application Not Found". Is there a way to configure

Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

Closely examine that recipient's email address for extraneous characters.
Instead of "<(refillrxsupport@xxxxxx)>..." make sure Windows Mail
sees only a clean refillrxsupport@xxxxxx .
