| | E-mail "memory" My Windows Mail "To" box does not save e-mail addresses for more than one day. As a result, I am forced to go back into my Contact list to e-mail someone I have not e-mailed within the last 24 hours. Normally, typing the person's name or e-mail address should call up a drop-down list of names corresponding to those letters. Baffled, Wayne |

| | Re: E-mail "memory" The auto-complete in Windows Mail just doesn't work correctly. It keeps a separate list of the last 29 addresses you've typed in, including bad ones. This list is kept in the registry (in binary). This is one of the features that works properly in the newer Windows Live Mail. -- Vista Home Premium 32 SP1 http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview "Wayne in St. Lazare" <Wayne in St. Lazare@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:BD599BB2-209F-4DEE-9324-64CC9F243DC6@xxxxxx Quote: > My Windows Mail "To" box does not save e-mail addresses for more than one > day.
