Vista - Junk Mail

Is there a way to block e-mail senders and add sender to safe group buttons
on the tool bar of Windows Mail. I've looked everywhere and its a pain to do
so many key strokes to go from Message to Junk Mail to the choice to block or
add to safe list. Small point but I get lots of mail I want to block this
way. Thanks,

Keystrokes? Just right-click and select Junk E-mail - Add sender to blocked
sender list.
But there's no way to add buttons to the toolbar, AFAIK.

You can also create rules to delete emails, based on subject, sender, etc.

The newer Windows Live Mail has a customizable toolbar, and you can add a
button to move an email to the Junk folder... but it doesn't add the sender
to the blocked list. You still have to do that manually.
