i screwed up my server info how can i change it

The host 'jack' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject 'Life is what you make it out to be - 21', Account: 'jack', Server:
'jack', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0D

ok so i obv screwed up my server info i have worked that much out and i
sorta know what i have to put in there only problem being i cant find out
where to change teh server info can anyone help me as im a complete novice

Tools>accounts>select the account>properties.

i have worked out this is were but i am actually on a bundle package with
coxcable and dont know what to put into the pop3 and outgoing server names
any ideas
