Error Messages and Shut Down

After initially opening Windows Mail, I receive an error message that
requires Windows Mail to close. Then I re-open Windows Mail, but when I
attempt to receive emails, errors occur (provides list of emails that could
not be downloaded) and the emails are not downloaded. If I open and then
close my Web Mail and try Windows Mail again, the emails download.

When I attempt to view any email, I receive an IE script error message: "An
error has occurred in the script on this page." Why does this appear for
every email?

Also, this Support Soft message appears frequently: "You are not currently
logged in as the administrator. Log in as Administrator and continue
installation."

These errors are very annoying. Please advise.

Re: Error Messages and Shut Down

Regarding the IE script error, make these two changes:
In Windows Mail, Tools, Options, Security, select the Internet zone
(if not already selected).
In Internet Explorer: Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, scroll down
to Browsing and check "Disable script debugging".

Re: Error Messages and Shut Down

To add to what I wrote below, you may also need to uncheck
"Display a notification about every script error".

Re: Error Messages and Shut Down

Hi Steve and Gary:
My Internet Option settings were already set to disable script debugging and
I did not have the display script errors option selected. Steve, thank you
for the link. However, I discovered that the SupportSoft application is
included in Road Runner's Medic, so I did not delete it.

I decided to try Mozilla's Thunderbird email application instead.

Thank you for your replies!!!
