Can't send email

I have two e-mail accounts set up in Windows Mail. One of them does not give me any problems either sending or receiving mail. The other one, I can receive mail but not send it. This is the error message I get. I do have Norton, but I would rather not get rid of it, especially since the other email address does not have any problems.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'neumail04.neu.edu', Server: 'myneusmtp.neu.edu', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

You have the wrong Port set, use 465 instead of 25.

On the advanced tab of your account properties.
