| | Re: can't send e-mails I am having the same problem. A lot of people are having the same problem. I have been told its my antivirus (OneCare). BUT A lot of people having this problem have different antivirus and different ISP. Since it seems that a lot of the posts I see say the problem started with in the last few weeks (I think). I am wondering if it was caused buy an update by Microsoft (but I don't know this..just a guess). Can you tell me what antivirus you are using? Also if you find a solution can you let me know? | | Re: can't send e-mails That server does not work with the SSL option. Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced. Uncheck the SSL box for the outgoing (SMTP) server. For incoming I have pop.secureserver.net and for outgoing I have smtpout.secureserver.net . Is there any other info you need to help me? Also, now I am getting a request when I try to send mail to connect to the internet via dial up and I don't use dial up.
