Internet Explorer Shutting down

Does anyone know why my internet explorer keeps shutting down? It started
doing it a couple weeks ago. It shuts down several times until I just get
frustrated and reeboot my computer, then its fine for a little while then it
starts doing it again. Its so agravating.

Re: Internet Explorer Shutting down

Hello,

You may have a bad IE7 add-on that is causing the problem. This tutorial will show you how to check for this and how to reset IE7.

Internet Explorer - Reset

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Re: Internet Explorer Shutting down

I found that IE shuts down only when I leave Yahoo mail running.
Yahoo mail seems to stop IE from responing then IE shuts down and restarts.
When I leave my laptop running without Yahoo mail up IE doesn't shut down.
I opened a new email account with Gmail and checking to see if that also causes the same problem.

Bill,

You might check to see if they are installing a toolbar in IE7 that may be causing this as well.
