emailing photos

Can someone pleeeeease help. i have now got Windows Vista and Windows Mail.
I do not have Outlook but each time I try and send a photo via email Outlook
pops up and can only send 'smaller' photos through that. I cannot access
Outlook to send emails apart from that as I have not bought the programme and
on the new comp it just has a trial outlook.

When I send photos through Windows mail it takes for ever as I cannot find
out how to reduce them.

Re: emailing photos

To reduce the size of a picture right click on the pic go to open with
choose paint. When it opens in paint go to image then resize and change the
100% by 100% to 50% by 50%. click ok then go to file and then save as and
now the pic has been resized.
