| | Re: signature Is the 'add signature to all outgoing messages' option ticked? Click Tools>Options>Signature Look at the top to see if the box next to this option is ticked. If it isn't, then tick it. See if that solves the problem. Personally I rarely use this option, I prefer to 'insert' my created signature manually. | | Re: signature When you go to Tools, Options, Signatures, select your "The Surfer" signature, click on Advanced, what do you see? There should be a checkmark in the box for Microsoft Communities.
