Vista Tutorial - Windows Live Mail Won't Open

Hi everyone, I am a first time user.
I have windows Live Mail on home Premium
Cannot get LM to open, and keep getting the following separate messages;
1) Recovering Windows LM database...
2)Application unable to open Message database...
3)Windows Live Mail could not be started...
4)Windows Live Mail could not be started because msmail dll could not be initialised.or out of memory or disc may be full.
5) Live Mail may not be installed correctly

Have plenty of remaining memory and my hard drive is nowhere near full yet.

First thing I tried was System Restore.

Have also undone recent Windows updates as well as uninstalling, then downloading & reinstalling Live Mail.

In, addition have restored registry settings from cleaning program (Advanced Windows Care 3).

None of the above worked, and would appreciate any help that the experts can offer.

Windows Mail that came with Vista is still working OK,but prefer to use WLM if at all possible.
