Cpy E-mail Addr to E-mail Msg

How do I copy and e-mail address from the address book file to an e-mail I am
sending to someone else. I used to be able to go to properties of an
addressee and copy the technical address like mickeyrose@xxxxxx into the
email.

If you have the Preview pane on, just highlight the email address, and press
Ctrl-C to copy.

That is surprisingly difficult to do!
The best way I could figure out: Open Contacts, double-click the contact,
select Edit, press Ctrl+C, then paste into your email.
