| | Unable to delete mail from Inbox Hi I am operating window mail with Vista and facing a problem. Some of mails which I received got corrupted after receiving and even I am unable to delete that from my Inbox, as it is displaying message" an unknow error occur" . | Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Unable to delete mail from Inbox Hello Rajinder, This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message problem in Windows Mail for all folders. Installing the Microsoft KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the section titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and other security programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the section titled "SECOND" to fix and be able to delete the stuck message from the problem folder. Hello Brink, Please point me to the tutorial that you are referring to in your reply to Rajinder. I don't wish to hijack this thread but I am also trying to trouble shoot this same issue.
