In order to troubleshoot this, we will need to see your settings.
In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Servers tab.
Give us the names shown there for the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
Then go to the Advanced tab, and tell us the port number and SSL option
(enabled/not enabled) for the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
