Vista - Unable to start WLM

When I reboot my computer, I can log onto WLM, but I sometimes get an error
message trying to open or reply to emails. Then, if I close WLM, when I try
to reopen it by clicking on its desktop shortcut or start menu icon, nothing
happens; it won't start at all. I have to reboot all over again to be able to
start WLM again. All of this just started suddenly.

That type of problem is often caused by interference from a non-
compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
