Vista - ~@! Cannot Recieve Messages From Myself ~@!

Some people, especially students in my class as well as myself, find it
useful to email yourself information as a way to save data from a public
place.

I had trouble configuring my Windows Mail, but I finally had it working. I
could send messages to myself and I'd successfully receive them. These were
just simple test messages. Then I noticed that now there was an auto-fill in
for my email address. I tried to fix that by messing around with the settings
and now I cannot receive messages that I sent to myself.

Can anyone help me fix this problem? I forgot what I did.
