email errors

I can't send or recieve any emails.An error comes up about the server and the
connection. The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'hey charlie
its jamie from camp!!!!', Account: 'Cheri', Server: '25', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E. is
anyone out there that can help.I am using windows vista on a laptop and have
tried everything I can think of!!!!

Its probably your broadband is down or outaged as they say at the phone exchange.
If you click your broadband icon on the bottom tool bar or tray it will say local only.
you will have to wait till it comes back on line, don't mess with your settings. If the problem persists contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Or you can try and reset your Router by disconnecting the power and switching on again, or reset by putting a clip or pen end into a little hole on your router that resets it.

You don't have the correct name for the outgoing mail server.
'25' is not a valid mail server name. You get the correct mail server name
from your email service provider. If you need help with that, tell us who
the provider is.
