Problems sending email from Windows Mail

I keep getting this message when trying to send out or forward a email....

Subject 'Emailing: 100_1977, 100_1761, 100_1766, 100_1772, 100_1775,
100_1786, 100_1789, 100_1822, 100_1879, 100_1885, 100_1897, 100_1904,
100_1909, 100_1913, 100_1921, 100_1925, 100_1926, 100_1927, 100_1928,
100_1929, 100_1930, 100_1935, 100_1942, 100_1949, 100_1', Account:
'pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com', Server: 'mail.sbcglobal.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '250 HELP', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250,
Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

How do I fix this to make my emails send????????

Is this a new problem? Were you ever able to send emails?

It sounds like you need to check your settings but it could
be also related to corruption. Move all emails out of the
Outbox, then see if you can send just a plain simple text
test email to yourself.

You are using an incorrect mail server name and port settings.
