Vista - Help with Windows Mail - Can Receive but cannot Send!

I can receive mail but I can't send any through Windows Mail the error I am
getting is:
The connection server has failed. Account pop.aol.com server: smtp.aol.com
Protocol: SMTP Port 25 secure (SSL): No socket Error 10060. Error number
0X800CCC0E.

Somebody please help!!!

AOL doesn't use port 25. Use these settings:
http://postmaster.aol.com/imap/express.html

Note: you may have to set up a new account in Windows Mail if your old
AOL account was set up as a POP3 type.

This may seem wierd but we had the same problem in reverse (sending but not
receiving) and an hour with isp's tech support was not able to help
....decided it was a vista problem. BUT... I just tonight went to a web page
that asked for feed back, using e-mail to send it, and our e-mail set up
wizard came up and I set up and received e-mail! You might try that. I
happened to go to penguinfoods.com but if you know of another offhand you can
try that.
